We have partnered with Simon Property Group to reimagine the exterior facade and streetscape experience for luxury retail along Century Oaks Boulevard. The resulting landlord improvements have resulted in new tenant leases for Balenciaga, Versace, Burberry, The Webster, Veronica Beard, Dior, and a Louis Vuitton expansion.

Our retail design experience is extensive and diverse. At Preston Shepard Place, we have provided facade remodels, retail tenant finish-outs, as-built surveys, GLA certification and landlord shell work.

At CM Architecture, Steve completed landlord shell projects for several tenants, including H&M.
